Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 8 ounce Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream Icing sugar Browned flaked almonds
  • 8 ounce Hazelnuts Cinnamon Strawberries

Direcciones

  1. Pre heat the oven to 130C. Whisk egg whites and add in 6oz sugar and beat till stiff and silky. Fold in cornflour and vinegar, mix in cinnamon and grnd hazelnuts, pile onto a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 75-90 min. Leave to cold. Whisk the cream and sugar together till stiff. Add in cream to the top of the pavlova, place strawberries and almonds on top of cream and serve.
