Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredientes

  • 2 x (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. chunky applesauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon-sugar, divided
  • 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Direcciones

  1. Place one tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread 1/4 c. applesauce over tortilla. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon-sugar over applesauce. Top with cheese and remaining tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon-sugar on top.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 min or possibly till golden. Cold 2 min. Cut into quarters and serve with reserved applesauce and vanilla yogurt.
