Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Red cinnamon candies(seetip)
  • 1 c. Light brown sugar -- firmly
  • 1 c. Boiling water

  1. 6 Medium Apples,peeled - cored and 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine - melted sliced Frzn whipped topping(thaw) 1 package DH*Moist Deluxe White Cake Crushed red cinnamon candies - Mix
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F
  3. Dissolve 1 Tbsp. cinnamon candies in boiling water. arrange apple slices in ungreased 13x9x2" pan. Pour cinnamon flavored water over top.
  4. Combine cake mix, brown sugar and melted butter in large bowl. Stir till thoroughly blended. ( Mix will be crumbly.) Sprinkle crumbs over apple slices. Bake at 350 F for 50-55 min or possibly till lightly browned and bubbly.Serve with whipped topping, crushed cinnamon candies and mint leaves, if you like.
  5. TIP: You can substitute 1 tsp. grnd cinnamon for the 1 Tbsp. red cinnamon candies. stir into cake mix.
