Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Pillsbury Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Minced, peeled apple
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan. In large bowl, combine quick bread mix (large clear packet), lowfat sour cream, water and Large eggs. Beat 50 to 70 strokes with spoon till well blended. Pour half of batter (about 1 1/4 c.) into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of the minced apple, 1/4 c. of the minced nuts, 3/4 c. of the swirl mix (small clear packet). Pour remaining batter over swirl. Spread carefully to cover.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining apple, nuts and swirl mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min for 8-inch pan, 30 to 40 min for 9-inch pan or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Yield: 12 servings.
