Receta Cinnamon Butter

Ingredientes

1/2 c. butter 2 Tbsp. cream cheese

1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp cinnamon - (to 2 tspns)

1. Mix together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Pack the butter into small serving crocks or possibly pipe it out into dollop-sized rosettes using a pastry bag fitted with a star ti
2. Top molded butter or possibly rosettes of butter with crushed ice to keep them cool. Butter curlers and melon ballers, found in the gadget section in housewares departments, also make decorative portions of butter.
