Ingredientes

  • 6 x Chicken thighs, skinned All purpose flour
  • 2 x Egg whites or possibly 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 dsh Pepper Plain bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Dip the chicken in flour, in egg (whites) mixed with cinnamon and pepper, and then in bread crumbs. Arrange in round dish or possibly fluted tube dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish. Drizzle with melted butter and microwave on High for 10 min, covered with waxed paper; uncover the dish and cook for 5 min more.
  2. Makes a delicious, juicy lo-cal chickendish. For herb-chicken, substitute herbs such as oregano, basil and thyme for the cinnamon; for Parmesan cheese, substitute paprika for the cinnamon and add in 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese to the seasoned bread crumbs.
  3. Serves 3.
