- 10 Tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp roasted Siagon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups flour
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- For the filling-
- 2/3 Cup streusel mixture
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee grounds*
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
