Ingredientes

  • 1 can juice-packed sliced peaches - (8 3/4 ounce) Orange juice as needed
  • 1/3 c. white or possibly brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp apple pie spice see * Note

Direcciones

  1. Note: Substitute 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. grnd nutmeg and 1/8 tsp. grnd allspice for the apple pie spice.
  2. Drain peach juice into 1 c. measure. Add in orange juice to make one c.. In a small saucepan, heat mix to boiling.
  3. Combine sugar and cornstarch and stir into boiling mix. Stir over medium heat till thickened and clear.
  4. Add in peaches and serve hot or possibly chilled over waffles, pancakes, French toast, ice cream or possibly plain cake.
  5. This recipe yields 1 1/2 c..
