Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. White Flour
  • 1/2 c. Wheat Germ
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg Beaten

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease cookie sheet. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in raisins. Add in lowfat milk and egg, mixing only till flour is moistened. Turn dough out onto cookie sheet. Pat dough into 7" circle. Cut into 8 wedges; don't separate. Brush top with egg (optional).
  2. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, or possibly till light golden. Break wedges apart to serve.
  3. Makes 8
