Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp melted margarine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, oil, pudding, water and Large eggs. Beat for 2 min. In separate bowl combine streusel ingredients. Spread 3/4 of batter into pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of streusel spread. Remaining cake batter then topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min. Cold. Can be glazed with 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar and 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk.
