Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Bread Machine
  • 2 tsp special or possibly regular instant yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk Topping
  • 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick) melted
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar mixed with 2
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Place yeast, flour, salt, sugar, egg, butter and lowfat milk in the bread pan in the order listed. Program, for your machine's dough (non-bake) mode*, and press Start.
  2. If your machine doesn't have a dough mode, simply let it go through both kneading cycles and the first rise, then cancel the machine.
  3. Remove the dough from the machine, and let it rest for 10 min. Shape it to fit a 14-inch pizza pan, and top it with the topping ingredients of butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Let the dough rise for 15 min - it will become slightly puffy - then bake it in a preheated 375F oven for 15 to 18 min, or possibly till it's brown and bubbly.
