Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil GLAZE FROSTING
  • 1/4 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lowfat milk (more if necessary)

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon; set aside. combine flour, baking soda, salt and remaining sugar. Combine buttermilk, egg,oil; stir into dry ingredients just till combined. Grease the bottom only of a 9-in.x5-in.x3-in. loaf pan. Pour half the batter into the pan; Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar. Carefully spread with the remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar; swirl knife through batter.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min or possibly till a pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cold in pan 10 min before removing to a wire rack to cold completely. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over bread.
