Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or possibly line with paper liners.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar for topping; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, combine thoroughly lowfat milk, egg, oil, and sugar.
  5. Add in dry mix to wet mix and stir to just combine. Don't OVERMIX.
  6. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 min. Remove from oven and immediately dip tops in melted butter; then in cinnamon- sugar mix previously combined.
  7. Makes 9-11 muffins.
