Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 4 x 98% fat-free flour tortillas - (6" dia) Vegetable oil cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, and stir to mix.
  3. Arrange the tortillas on a flat surface, and lightly spray the tops with the cooking spray. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix. Turn the tortillas over, and cut each into quarters. Lightly spray with the cooking spray, and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mix.
  4. Arrange the tortilla quarters on a large ungreased baking sheet, and bake for 10 min, or possibly till the tortillas begin to curl. Turn and bake for 5 to 7 additional min, or possibly till light brown and crisp. Be careful not to burn.
  5. Remove the crisps from the oven, and allow to cold for several min before serving.
  6. This recipe yields 16 crisps.
  7. Comments: Enjoy these light, delicate cookie crisps with a c. of tea, a scoop of your favorite ice cream or possibly frzn yogurt, or possibly all by themselves.
