Citrus Broiled Alaska Salmon

Ingredientes

  • 2 x oranges
  • 4 x Alaska salmon fillets (4 to 6 ounce. each) salt
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Slice peel and pith from oranges; slice crosswise into 1/4 inch rounds.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt. Broil fillets, 4 to 6 inches from heat, allowing 10 min per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part.
  3. Remove fillets just before they are cooked through. Sprinkle with vinegar.
  4. Arrange orange rounds on top, and sprinkle with green onions and cracked pepper. Broil 1 minute longer.
