Ingredientes

3 Tbsp. Grnd Thyme
3 Tbsp. Garlic Pwdr
3 Tbsp. Onion Pwdr
3 Tbsp. Paprika
2 tsp Dry Mustard

2 tsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 x Grapefruits, in sections
8 x New York Strip Steaks
1/4 c. Grapefruit Juice

Direcciones

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Spread Worcestershire sauce over grapefruit and steaks. Rub the spice mix over the steaks. Grill, using 1/4 c. grapefruit juice to baste.
