- Zest orange and then cut off peel and white pith from it. Cut orange into large chunks. Place in food processor or possibly blender with lime juice, oil, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, garlic and onion and process till as smooth as it will get.
- Use to marinate fish, turkey breast slices, chicken, shrimp or possibly pork for at least 2 hrs or possibly up to overnight. Will keep refrigerated up to 3 days.
