Ingredientes

  • 1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Grated orange rind

Direcciones

  1. Good for lettuce or possibly fruit salads, or possibly with hard-boiled egg.
  2. Blend mustard and peanut butter, then gradually beat in orange juice. Stir in yogurt and orange rind and beat till blended and smooth. Refrigeratetill needed.
  3. Makes 3/4 c.
