Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind
  • 1 1/3 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Orange liqueur or possibly to taste Grapefruit and orange sections

Direcciones

  1. Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 min or possibly till thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled citrus sections.
  2. This recipe yields about 2 1/2 c. sauce for servings.
