Ingredientes

  • 6 c. mixed greens in bite size pcs
  • 2 x tangerines peeled and sectioned
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 6 x radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 x avocado sliced
  • 1 c. alfalfa sprouts optional
  • 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt or possibly mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. orange juice or possibly tangerine juice
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp honey

Direcciones

  1. Divide the greens among 6 salad bowls. Top each portion with equal amounts of fruit and vegetables.
  2. Make the dressing: Blend all of the dressing ingredients till smooth.
  3. Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
  4. NOTES : I'd use 1/2 c. of nonfat yogurt and eliminate the lowfat sour cream.
