Ingredientes

  • 1 can (#2) Shoepeg Corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can (#2) Leseur Peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can (Small) Tiny Limas, liquid removed
  • 1 can (Small) Green Beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can (Small) Mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 sm Green Pepper, minced fine
  • 1 sm Red Bell Pepper, minced fine (Or possibly Substitute Pimento)
  • 1 med Purple Onion, sliced
  • 2 x Carrots, diced
  • 2 stalk Celery, diced
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Tarragon Vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Heat sugar, oil and vinegar till sugar dissolves. Cold to room temperature. Mix with vegetables and refrigerate24 hrs before serving.
  2. Serves 12 as appetizer. Travels well.
