Ingredientes
1 can (#2) Shoepeg Corn, liquid removed
1 can (#2) Leseur Peas, liquid removed
1 can (Small) Tiny Limas, liquid removed
1 can (Small) Green Beans, liquid removed
1 can (Small) Mushrooms, liquid removed
1 sm Green Pepper, minced fine
1 sm Red Bell Pepper, minced fine (Or possibly Substitute Pimento)
1 med Purple Onion, sliced
2 x Carrots, diced
2 stalk Celery, diced
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Oil
1/2 c. Tarragon Vinegar
Direcciones
Heat sugar, oil and vinegar till sugar dissolves. Cold to room temperature. Mix with vegetables and refrigerate24 hrs before serving.
Serves 12 as appetizer. Travels well.
