- Fry bacon till crisp; add in onion and cook till tender. Add in potatoes and liquid; simmer till potatoes are tender. Add in corn and lowfat milk.
- Thicken the mix with flour and fat that has been blended together. Add in seasonings and clams; simmer 5 min. Top with cracker crumbs. Serve warm.
