Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. Chopped clams, liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped pimiento Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, separated Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the crumbs, clams and pimiento. Season with some salt and pepper. Stir the yolks into the batter and moisten with sufficient lowfat milk to make a heavy batter.
  2. Whip the egg whites till stiff and fold them into the mix. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto a non-stick skillet and cook till browned on both sides. Serve over an arugula or possibly sliced tomato salad.
