Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. Light cream
  • 2 ounce Parmesan cheese Salt Black pepper
  • 2 slc Proscuitto
  • 4 slc Bacon Flat-leaf parsley Minced basil leaves Spinach fettuccine

Direcciones

  1. Grate Parmesan cheese into a bowl. Add in chicken broth & cream. Stir well. Add in salt & pepper to taste. Add in spinach fettuccine to pot of boiling water. Cook al dente. Drain. Chop proscuitto & add in to bowl of sauce. Stir in crumbled bacon. Add in parsley & basil. Toss together well. Put pasta back into pot & pour sauce over all. Turn heat to low & toss till well heated. Turn off heat & cover till ready to serve.
