Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 375 F. In pan, heat butter, stir in crumbs and sugar. Pat in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 7 min, then cool.Reduce temperature to 300 F. Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk and egg yolks. Beat till smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Set mix aside.
  2. Beat egg whites and salt till stiff. Fold cream cheese mix with egg whites. Pour in springform pan over crumb mix. Bake 50-55 min.
