Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb backfin or possibly lump crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 sm onion, chopped
  • 2 pkt (8 ounces each) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp each: Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, or possibly other seafood seasoning
  • 5 dsh warm pepper sauce
  • 1 can (133/4 ounces) artichoke hearts, liquid removed, minced
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Crackers for serving

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pick over crab meat, removing shells; set aside.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add in onion; cook till golden brown, 3 min. Whisk in cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, seafood seasoning and pepper sauce till combined completely. Mix in artichoke hearts and crab meat.
  3. Pour mix into shallow, ungreased 3 c. oven-proof bowl or possibly 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheese proportionately over top. Bake till bubbling and golden brown, 30 min. Serve with crackers.
