Ingredientes

  • 1 stk unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 can Crab meat
  • 3 x Scallions
  • 1 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped sweet onion
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced dill Salt and black pepper Lime wedges

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl add in flour, Large eggs, crab meat, scallions, bread crumbs, yellow onion, cayenne, Italian seasoning, dill, salt and pepper. Stir gently together. Heat butter in large skillet. Form crab meat mix into small pancakes. Fry till golden on each side. (Add in more butter to pan if needed.) Serve immediately with lime wedges.
