Ingredientes

  • 1/4 tsp salt freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry or possibly Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar (white, cider, tarragon, wine or possibly blended)
  • 8 Tbsp. vegetable oil (part olive, if you like)

Direcciones

  1. Blend with a fork or possibly wire whisk, adding the oil gradually. Or possibly, shake the ingredients together in a jar. For garlic flavor, add in one crushed whole garlic to the dressing, or possibly keep a cut clove in a small bottle of vinegar.
