Classic Green Salad With Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry or possibly red wine vinegar Salt and pepper
  • 4 c. mixed greens of choice Fantastic Raspberry Vinaigrette Fresh thyme or possibly tarragon leaves, (optional) Cooking spray
  • 1 x Lightly spray a medium skillet and saut, about 3 min. onion over medium-high heat till soft
  • 2 x Add in mushrooms, reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking for 10 min, till mushrooms are softened. Add in vinegar and cook till vinegar is well absorbed, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3 x Place greens in a large salad bowl and, if' using. Toss pour warm mushroom mix over top., well and serve Add in vinaigrette and fresh herbs, immediately.

Direcciones

  1. Sauted mushrooms and onion in a warm vinegar sauce are poured over the greens to wilt and hot them. Sprinkle liberally with fresh thyme or possibly tarragon leaves for a flavor boost.
