Classic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredientes

  • 9 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter Salt and white pepper
  • 1/4 c. Minced dill
  • 4 ounce Smoked salmon, diced Fresh dill sprigs

Direcciones

  1. Bring water to boil in bottom of double boiler. In top stir in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and unsalted butter. Beat lightly to break up Large eggs. Turn heat down and over simmering water, stir Large eggs constantly till very lightly set, but still creamy about 8 min. Stir in salt and white pepper to taste. Add in dill and smoked salmon. Mix well. Large eggs will be creamy looking. Serve immediately with dill sprigs if desired.
