Ingredientes

  • 4 pcs fillet steak 1/4 inch think
  • 1 ounce (25 g) butter
  • 2 tbs oil
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbs finely minced or possibly grated onion
  • 2 tbs minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and oil. Fry steaks for 1-2 min on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add in worcestershire sauce to butter and oil in the pan, then add in lemon juice and hot through. Add in onion and parsley and cook slowly for 1 1/2 min. Spoon sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
