Ingredientes

  • 2 x (6-oz) cans albacore tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill or possibly sweet pickles
  • 1/8 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

Direcciones

  1. Drain the tuna in a colander and shred with your fingers till no clumps remain and the texture is fine and even.
  2. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and fold in lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery, onion, pickles, garlic and parsley till proportionately blended. Mix in mayonnaise and mustard till tuna is moistened.
  3. Salad can be covered and refrigerated for up to three days.
