Ingredientes

  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano Salt and black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 x Rib celery
  • 1 lrg Can tuna
  • 6 x Anchovy fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil
  • 1/4 c. Black olives
  • 1 x Ripe tomato Romaine lettuce leaves Sandwich bread

Direcciones

  1. Pour oil into bowl. Add in oregano, salt, black pepper and vinegar. Mix well. Fold in hard cooked Large eggs, celery, tuna, anchovies, basil and olives. Cut rolls in half and place on plate. Put some tuna vinaigrette mix on each top half. On other half of roll place slice of tomato and lettuce leaves. Slice hard boiled Large eggs on top of lettuce. Pour remaining tuna-vinaigrette mix over each bottom half of bread. Cover with top half of rolls. Serve at once.
