This simple slow cooker dish really packs a flavorful punch. Especially the day after you’ve made it when all the flavors have really had a chance to meld and settle in. Positively delicious!

If you plan and cook ahead like I often do, then this dish is right up your alley! That’s not to say it doesn’t taste good the same day, but letting this sit in the fridge for a day really does the trick in the flavor department.

Place the chicken on the bottom of your slow cooker and layer everything else on top of that. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken easily falls apart when stirred.
