Receta Clean Eating Egg & Tomato Salad
I haven’t yet come up with a clean and traditional mayonnaise recipe and I generally tend to steer clear of it anyway simply because it’s one of those foods I will usually overdo. I love mayo on so many things! And since I can’t control myself around it, I tend to go the extra mile to avoid it.
But I do still love egg salad, so I had to come up with a way to make a tasty recipe without the added and traditional glop of mayo mixed in. Well, I’m happy to say I had total success with this one. It’s a very simple salad, that comes together quite quickly once the eggs are peeled, and tastes just dang delicious! No mayo needed. Promise!
