Ingredientes

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 7 ounces each), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 small bok choy, cleaned and cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 cup raw cashew pieces
  • 2 small stocks celery, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder (or 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
  • 1 shallot, minced (both “cloves”)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
