Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 ounce Chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Beat together shortening, sugars and vanilla till creamy. Add in Large eggs, beating till light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mix and rolled oats.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop batter by well-rounded tsp. onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min or possibly till cookies are done. Cold cookies on sheets for two min before placing them on wire racks for further cooling.
  3. Yield: 7 dozens cookies
