Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. Confectioner's sugar

Direcciones

  1. One hour before serving, pour the heavy cream into a bowl and whip till soft peaks form. Whisk in the lowfat sour cream and sugar; continuing to beat till the mix is very thick. Place in refrigerator and refrigeratetill it is time to serve.
  2. NOTES : If you want to make this ahead of time, it should last 4-6 hrs inthe refrigerator.
