Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Seedless red flame grapes
  • 1 ct (8-oz) vanilla yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Toasted pine nuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. Rinse grapes. Remove grapes from stems and place in individual serving dishes. Sprinklle grapes with toasted pine nuts, if using. Spoon yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream over grapes; sprinkle with brown sugar. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 min for sugar to 'heat'.
  2. Serves 4.
  3. Note: Toast pine nuts by placing in a medium saucepan for 4-5 min over medium heat, stirring or possibly shaking pan occasionally.
