Ingredientes

  • 4 x uncooked bacon slices diced
  • 1/2 c. minced avocado
  • 1/2 c. minced tomato seeds discarded
  • 1/3 c. finely-minced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice Kosher salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb thinly-sliced smoked turkey
  • 1 c. minced arugula - (firmly packed)
  • 2 x flour tortillas - (10" to 11" dia)

Direcciones

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add in bacon and cook till crispy and brown, about 5 min, stirring occasionally. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Combine the avocado, tomato, onion, basil, lime juice, and bacon in a small bowl. Season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Divide the avocado mix proportionately among the tortillas, leaving at a 1-inch border around the edge. Divide the turkey and arugula among the tortillas, and wrap.
  3. This recipe yields 2 wraps.
