Direcciones
- Diced the cucumber, chicken, shrimps, beets, smoked beef, red peppers, roasted cashews, radish,.
- Shave the fennel , julienne the avocado and red onions.
- Combine the lemon juice,vinegar, chopped garlic, yoghurt,, olive oil,sumac, pomegranade syrup, salt and pepper, chopped shallots.
- Mix the greens , the avocado and the fennel with the dressing.
- Then arrange the diced garnish on top , garnish with lavosh and polenta croutons
