Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Onions -- chopped
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounce Chili sauce (heinz)
  • 10 ounce Grape jelly

Direcciones

  1. Mix first eight ingredients and shape into one inch balls. Use a 13 by 9 pan and place one inch of water in it. Place meatballs in pan and bake at 350 for 45-60 min. Mix chili sauce and jelly and heat in a sauce pan on the stove till they heat. Add in meatballs to the sauce and heat about thirty min , stir while heating sauce and meatballs
