3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr

Another use of cocoa-pwdr mix with chili. In Cincinnati, chili with meat and beans has a great deal of cocoa in it (see recipe). I suggest you add in 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp. of cocoa pwdr to your favorite batch of chili con carne and enjoy the results. The kids will think you are crazy at first, but they will enjoy it too.
