Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Finely grated coconut
  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 150 ml Water Ghee for greasing plate

Direcciones

  1. Prepare syrup with sugar and water to 2 1/2 thread consistency.
  2. Use method as shown in introduction.
  3. Hot coconut in heavy saucepan, pour in the syrup.
  4. Stir well and cook until soft lump forms.
  5. Spread in a greased plate. Cold.
  6. Sprinkle cardamom pwdr (optional).
  7. Cut into squares, store in airtight container.
  8. Making time: 30 min
  9. Makes: 20-25 pcs
  10. Shelflife: 2 weeks
