Receta Coconut Ginger Sauce

- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the sesame oil to almost smoking. Add in ginger, garlic and chiles and saute/fry, stirring, till soft, about 2 min.
- Add in coconut lowfat milk and lime juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 20 min, or possibly till the liquid has been reduce by half. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and cover to keep hot.
- NOTES : Serve with grilled chicken skewers.
