Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 ounce Dessicated coconut
  • 1 pch Cream of tartar
  • 1 dsh Red food coloring, optional

Direcciones

  1. Place sugar and lowfat milk in saucepan. Stir till dissolved, add in cream of tartar. Bring to boil and boil 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir till mix begins to thicken and turn white. Add in coconut. Turn onto greased square pan. Cold and slice into squares. Optional: Pour a drop of red food coloring into 1/2 ot the mix to achieve a pink color. Pour this mix on top of the white mix.
