Ingredientes

  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 can (3-1/2 ounces or possibly 1-1/3 c.) flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar, beating till stiff. Mix in coconut.
  2. Drop by rounded tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven about 20 min.
  3. Makes: about 1 1/2 dozen
