Coconut Mango and Mint Margaritas

Summertime and the livin’ is easy.
Amen, brother!
It is time for patio sitting and sipping.
Especially on a rainy day.
Coconut Mango and Mint Margaritas
- 2 c. frozen mango cubes
- 1 c. coconut water with pulp
- 2-3 oz. blanco tequila
- 4 large mint leaves
- 1 oz. lime juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse away.
Serve.
The frozen mangoes gives this concoction a slight smoothie consistency, albeit an adult smoothie.
I will blame the slight tilt in the pic above on the imperfection of my margarita glasses! :)
