Ingredientes

  • 1 cup – Rice flour / Arisi maavu
  • 1/4 cup – Whole black gram without skin / ulunthu /urad dal
  • 2 tbsp – Roasted bengal gram / pottukadalai
  • 1 cup or as needed – Thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds / jeera
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – Butter
  • 2 to 3 pinches – Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
