Ingredientes

  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 20 lrg marshmallows
  • 1 x 14 ounce. pkg. flaked coconut
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 4 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Mix and bake cake mix as directed for two layers. Let layers cold then split each one in half lengthwise. In a saucepan over medium heat mix together the white sugar, margarine, and 1/2 c. of the evaporated lowfat milk. Cook for 10 min. Stir in the marshmallows and mix till smooth. Stir in the coconut. Spread the filling between the cake layers. Mix together the cocoa, remaining 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk, the confectioner's sugar, and the vanilla. Beat till smooth and spread over top and sides of cake.
